What it is
What does not work
Live matching, live chat with other couples, live nearby, push notifications, a vault shared across phones, Sign in with Apple, and paid unlocks are not live. Waves, crews, messages, and consent answers stay on this device. A label that says “demo” means demo. Nothing here reaches a partner’s phone.
App Store submission is on hold. There is no StoreKit purchase. Desktop may show a demo-labeled POPCredit checkout that does not charge a card. Cap and iOS hide those purchase rails.
If the demo gets stuck
Clear this site’s data in your browser. Testers also have Reset my data on POPFile, which clears everything stored on this device. Chrome and Safari are the browsers this demo is exercised in.
Safety
Door 2 is for consenting adults who both self-attest 21+. It is not crisis care. The 24/7 line is RAINN’s, not a CouplePOP promise.
Report and block
Reporting a synced partner, or one of their Door 1 status posts, is real. It goes to the founder queue. Messages, crews, and sample couples are an on-device demo. Hiding one of those stays on this phone and does not notify anyone. We never receive that content, so there is no server report for it.
Privacy
Read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. Location, audience, and alert switches stay on Privacy settings.
